We have simplified the sales process and have provided our customer with the option of placing orders through a number of different ways. To place an order:
1. Directly Online: browse the online catalogue and select your preferred products. Simply click the “Shopping Cart” link for an express checkout facility. Existing customers can log directly into “My Account” section where they will have access to their details as well as to information regarding past order history.
2. On the Phone: simply call us on (02) 9587 0438 to speak with sales staff directly
3. Via Email: Use firstname.lastname@example.org to email details of your order request as well for sending through purchase orders.
4. Through Fax: we also accept purchase orders via our fax number:

The Order Process
A Sales Order Confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of order. Please read this document carefully to ensure all the information is correct.
When a shipping quotation has been requested, we will respond firstly with a quotation which will detail all associated delivery fees. Upon your acceptance of this quotation, we will continue to process the order.
Minimum OrdersIn order to ensure we can extend lowest prices to our customers, a minimum order requirement of $200.00 (ex. GST) is applicable. Note this does not include any shipping fees.
